SURVEILLANCE OPERATIONS (FEES FROM S$500 PER 4 HOURS BLOCK)

6            Stationary Surveillance on single site with records including photos

7            Physical Surveillance - trailing an individual with records of movements and activities including photos / videos where possible

There are basically 2 objectives in a surveillance operation that is not to loose sight of the target and not to be exposed.  Our Consultant has considerable experience dealing with syndicates during his 12 years in CID including the OC of the IPR enforcement Unit responsible for the smashing of pirated and counterfeit goods syndicates. Subsequently as Head of Loss Prevention at Sentosa, he assisted the Police and CAD to smashed the China pickpocket and credit card fraud syndicate at Underwater World.

The surveillance will be carried out by well trained and experience investigators. They will be making full use of technology to assist in their surveillance operation increasing their effectiveness especially in obtaining evidence.  The surveillance team will consist of 3 operatives including the lead investigator who will be in-charge of the operation.  He can seek advice from our Consultant at anytime and the 3 operatives will effect seamless changes during the operation so as not to cause suspicion by having the same investigator in target’s view. The team will plan the operation together with our Consultant who may make field checks anytime during the operation.  This system will ensure quality in our surveillance and investigation services.

Special package fee at S$2,500 for a block of 25 hours of surveillance is also available. The team will conduct surveillance on subject and decide to continue or stand-down depending on their observation of the activities of the subject and the potential of obtaining evidence for the case. They will report their observation and be advised by our Consultant whether to continue or stand-down or vary their operations according to the circumstances (for example to follow the other person whom subject met). The package will add value as potential evidence gathering opportunities will be maximized unlike normal standard hourly surveillance where they will continue the surveillance from starting to ending point irrespective of the circumstances or activities observed. An extra 5 hours is provided in the package without additional charge.
