Our Consultant solved over a hundred cases during his 5 years as the Head of Sentosa Leisure Group Loss Prevention Department. The cases included fraud, thefts, misappropriation, misconduct and a host of other disciplinary incidents. He also established the internal investigation system and investigation capabilities for his Department. In addition, he set up the prosecution system and directed investigations into regulatory offences under the SDC Act. He also played a key role in introducing the new disciplinary framework and set up of the disciplinary committee of which he is a member.

It is important that investigations of any incident be conducted by a qualified professional. The practice in many organization is to allow the investigation to be conducted by the Supervisor / Manager of the section or the HR Dept. But how qualified is this person. He may have past experience of investigating similar incidents but did he investigate those cases properly?
