8            Surveillance and documentation of illegal activities

A special set-up depending on the nature of the case will be planned to conduct the covert surveillance to record the illegal activities taking place.  Such operations are only applicable illegal activities operated in public places.  For private locations only activities surrounding the premises and persons entering and leaving will be recorded. Pretext entry into the location can be arranged depending on assessment by our Consultant on a case by case basis.

9          Trap purchase – purchase of product / service and delivery to client with record of transaction

Suitable undercover operative(s) will be assigned to pretend as customer and record the transaction.  Depending on the nature of the product or service and operational environment, a suitable operative matching the customer profile will be selected and coached on making the trap purchase.  Our Consultant has many years of experience in the public and private sectors supervising such operations with outstanding results.

10            Observation & Inquiry - including the documentation of evidence like recording of the interview conducted

Discreet inquiry requires a special skill set where the unsuspecting subject will be tricked into revealing the information sought. This can be achieved by a number of ways like using proxy inquirer, indirect interview or cultivating sources.  Our Consultant has a proven track record in the application of such skills as well as training and directing operatives in the carrying out of such operations.  Victim of offences can also be coached by our Consultant to obtain evidence from the offender during their conversation without arousing suspicion.
